The Pharmacy Fund Bosco is always attentive to customer needs and demands and offers a wide range of services.
With this innovative project we want to extend our health proposal.
We want to raise awareness and invite all our customers to take action by adopting behaviors that lead to an improvement of their health through exercise Slow, Quick and Frequent (LBF).
The LBF is a "drug" where natural Slow indicates moderate intensity, Short indicates 7/10 minutes and Frequent indicates 3/6 times a day and the daily routine.
APP FUND active BOSCO
FUND active BOSCO is a project that promotes health through movement pills in small doses (7-10 minutes) to be included in the daily routine and in the places of life, work and study people.
The pills are for resistance (fast walking or slow running or other aerobic activity), strength (muscle-building) and the balance (to improve balance and prevent falls).
In the application there are eight sections: banner - informs - step speed - my data - blister - report - Prize - alarms.
In the "my data", among others, there is the function to calculate the heart rate yield health and the two procedures to make the step made health tests.
The blisters are weekly and 3: the resistance blister with 30 pills of 10 minutes (tick when you take) and the strengths and balance blisters with 15 pills each video (to see and then). In the video the exercise is repeated several times chanting the movements and giving clear and few voice instructions. Each video ends with an indication of how many times to repeat the exercise.
The APP is designed according to the "Global Physical Activity Recommendations for the World Health Organisation's Health".

WORKSHOP INTENSIVE TWO AND A HALF HOURS
FUND active BOSCO is also a program of self-management exercise, to stay healthy and fight the onset or progression of chronic diseases.
The self-management program consists of an intensive laboratory of two and a half hours.
The workshop is for people of various ages in health, but also for people with chronic health problems, that with adequate support, they want to learn to become physically active to prevent complications and slow / slow the progression of the disease.
The workshop is taught by a professional, non-health professional with chronic disease.
Each participant in the workshop will receive a manual in paper format program (brochure) and digital format (software) to be inserted in your phone (Android smartphone or iPhone) at the end of the meeting.
With manual people who attend the workshop will be able to continue doing what they have learned and will learn to help each other to overcome the physical barriers of inaction.
Each participant in the workshop will also get a map of the "underground" urban pedestrian Spilamberto (the best walking area in the city center).
The goal is to become the center of the town an open-air gym at all hours of the day and throughout the year.
